RETURN CONDITIONS

Clearance items and all accessories are final sales due to hygiene reasons. For instance, our reusable water bottle. The only exception to this rule is in cases of manufacturing defects.

We do not offer exchanges. However, when processing your return, you can opt for a refund in the form of a gift card, allowing you to use this value for your next purchase.

To make a return, you have 10 days after the delivery of your package to request a return label and send the package back to us.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To process your return, the item must be in its original condition:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • With all tags attached
  • Not on clearance

Please note that all accessories are final sales.

A fee of $7.95 will be applied for returns refunded by credit card. You can avoid these fees by selecting a gift card refund during the return process.

We cover the return shipping costs for all returns, but we do not refund the initial shipping charges.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return request is completed and approved, you will receive an email with the return label to print and attach to your package. Then, you'll need to send it back to us. We use Purolator or Canada Post, depending on your location. We encourage you to reuse the original postal bag to reduce the ecological footprint!

Once we receive your package, we can process and refund you if the returned item meets the previously mentioned conditions. The refund method will be the one you selected during your return request processing. You will receive your refund with an email confirmation within 5 to 7 business days after processing your package.

Please note that gift cards are not eligible for a refund and cannot be exchanged for cash. All items purchased with gift cards will be refunded via a gift card.

NON-COMPLIANCE POLICY

No exceptions will be accepted. Ensure you adhere to and read the conditions above. Otherwise, generating a return or obtaining a refund will not be possible.

Any return sent without being processed through the return portal will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at the prevailing rates. Similarly, if an item is returned and does not meet the return conditions during the verification process, the refund request will be denied, and the item will be sent back to you.

If we don't receive a response from you within 5 days after your return is rejected, your item will be donated to a charitable organization.
